Hi Everyone!
Today I am not blogging about books...but a magazine instead! The mag is called New Moon Girls, and it is an inspiring, ad-free, non-stereotypical magazine for girls ages 8-15! They also have a social website, where you can create your "room" and put things you've created (stories, poems, photos) in your stuff. It's all moderated too, so if you parents are worried about safety...you can't give out any important information on yourself (email, address and that kind of stuff). The magazine has stories from girls, an Ask a Girl column where girls can give each other advice and a lot of cool articles and different things each mag! Also, girls help put together the magazine! There are about twenty or so girls that are on the Girls Editorial Board (or GEB), and an application comes out to apply for it every once and a while. It has been the most wonderful and life changing magazine for me...and I'm sure any girl would enjoy it!

Unspoken by Sarah Rees Brennan
Hiya There,
I recently read a book called Unpsoken by Sarah Rees Brennan, it's was absolutely GREAT! Kind of creepy...it was the best Gothic Romance Novel I have ever read (At least that I can remember reading). Here is a bit of a description:
Kami Glass has been hearing a voice inside her head since she was a little kid...they've talked back and forth her whole life. She is in love with her imaginary friend and most people think she's weird. But then the old "rulers" of her town Sorry-in-the-Vale, the Lindburns (not sure I spelled that correctly). The Lindburns have two sons...and one of them is achingly familiar. Suddenly Sorry-in-the-Vale is filled with mystery and Kami must uncover what is going on.
I seriously could NOT put this book down...and I am eagerly awaiting the second book (which I've requested at my local library.) This is a must read for any teens (or adults) that love romance, thrill and mystery.
